ORDERING & PAYMENT

Orders placed on via our website must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are bespoke, orders are curated once payment has been received.
As a perk for our wholesaler customers only. If an alternative method of ordering and payment is preferred. Please reach us via email to discuss terms.

LEAD TIME + INVOICING
All wholesale orders will ship within 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. There is a 20% rush order fee of the total for orders requested to be shipped before 2 weeks of order placement.

SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Free US Shipping for orders $400 and over. We ship via UPS Ground.
Another perk for our wholesaler customers ordering over $400. If an alternative method of shipping is preferred, please reach us via email to discuss terms including arranging payment and self-pickup. Otherwise, we will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment.
Wisdom Candle and Soaps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery — please take adequate precautions to make sure you receive orders safely.
We ship most international orders via UPS Worldwide. The customer is responsible for paying all customs duties and fees. Fees vary per region. Kindly note Wisdom Candles and Soaps has no control over delays due to delays at customs.
You may also pick up your order from if you are in the New York City. Please email us to arrange a time to pick up.

LATE FEES
Payments made more than sixty (60) days after the initial due date will be subject to a ten (10) percent late fee.

SAMPLES
Retailers may request samples with us via email. For Retailers in the New York City area email us to schedule an in-person sampling session.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns. All claims for damages and/or shortages must be reported to Wisdom Candle and Soaps via email within 5 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the request, an exchange or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases are based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Minimum order: $1,000 - will include shipping, however customer is responsible for any taxes and customs fees.
For orders under $1,000, customer is responsible for both shipping charges and any customs fees.
CANADA
Minimum order: $400 CAN
Orders over $1000 CAN - shipping costs included, however customer is responsible for any taxes and customs fees.
CENTRAL + SOUTH AMERICA
Minimum order: $1000 USD - order will include shipping. Customers are responsible for any taxes and additional customs fees.
For orders under $1000 USD: the buyer will be responsible for shipping charges and customs fees.
EUROPE
Minimum order: $1000 USD - will include shipping, however customer is responsible for taxes and customs fees.
For orders under $1000 USD: customers will be responsible for both shipping charges and customs fees.
